WAKING UP EARLY
In addition to trusting God for a fruitful, happy and great day each morning, it is also advantageous to wake up early.
Waking up early has several advantages, one you will have long working hours and two your organization skills will be very sharp. Also your body will be very much active and ready to do any work without felling tired and lazy.
Your body needs at most 8 hours of sleep and at least 5-6 hours. This means that waking up early will make you have healthy sleep patterns. This is advantageous to your general health.
Waking up early also reduces stress. You see, when you wake up early, you do not need to rush in order to get things done. You will have your time and hence you will have no stress of time deficiency.
I have tried the wake up early amd I tell you it is true. When I wake up early I become jovial and active in all the things I do. When I wake up late, I become tired amd bored from bed, that means I will see an unfruitful day and even crossing pathes with people is very easy.
My Grandmother once told me that a poor person is he that wakes up after the sin has risen while a rich one, in all dimensions; mentally, psychologically and physically wakes up before sunrise. At one time I didn't see any sense in that but now, I thank her for it.
Wake up early and chase your dreams. You either wake up to chase your dreams or you continue sleeping on your dreams.
